Join Our Team as ELC Office Manager
For over 55 years, the Red Wing Environmental Learning Center has helped young people discover confidence, leadership, and a lifelong appreciation for the outdoors. While students may remember the trails, rivers, and adventures, every successful program begins with a well-organized office and someone helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes.
The Red Wing Environmental Learning Center (ELC) is seeking a highly organized, positive, and mission-driven individual to serve as our Office Manager.
This position plays a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the ELC. The Office Manager serves as the administrative hub of the organization, helping coordinate communication with students and families, assisting with program registration, maintaining financial and donor records, supporting newsletters and communications, and helping ensure the office runs efficiently.
This position averages approximately 35 hours per week and works closely with the Executive Director and ELC staff to support the mission and programs of the organization.
We are looking for someone who is:
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Comfortable working with databases and office systems
• A strong communicator with parents, students, and community members
• Able to manage multiple responsibilities in a small nonprofit environment
• Supportive of youth development and outdoor education
