55th Anniversary Celebration

Join us at Red Wing's Colvill Park Pavilion & Tent for an unforgettable evening honoring 55 years of adventure, community, and the lasting impact of the ELC.
For over five decades, the ELC has shaped young lives, fostering resilience, leadership, and a deep connection to the natural world. This milestone is more than a celebration. This is a homecoming, a chance to reconnect with old friends, reflect, share memories, and be inspired by ELC’s future ahead.
A Wild Edible Potluck & Catered Feast — Bring your favorite wild edible dish to share and we’ll provide labels to identify each creation. In addition, we’ll serve delicious pulled pork and other favorites to round out the meal.
The evening highlights & timeline include:
6:00-7:30pm Meal and live music by Ryan Sullivan
7:30-8:30pm 55th Anniversary program which will include:
• Exclusive premiere of ELC’s 55th Anniversary Video, capturing the spirit & stories that have defined us
• Stories and reflections from those who have helped shape ELC’s legacy
• A heartfelt thank you to the people and partners who have supported our journey
