We still have a few openings in some of the ELC's Fall program offerings, and we also have a New Adult Adventure Program to add to the list for this fall.

The youth programs that still have openings are Bike Intro, Rock Intro, Pioneering II and our Young Explorers program.  Please look at the Fall newsletter for specifics about each of these programs and Contact Cyndi at the ELC if you or anyone you know would be interested.

We are also very fortunate to offer our adults the opportunity to experience the BWCA in the Fall.  Jack Larson a former ELC Board Member and avid outdoors man took our first group of adults to the BWCA in June on this year.  They all came back singing the praises of the program and Jack.  This trip will leave September 22nd after work and will return September 26th.  Don't miss this opportunity to experience the BWCA in the Fall.  Again, Contact Cyndi at rwelccyndi@gmail.com if you or anyone you know might be interested.

Celebrating 40 years of Outdoor Adventures and Learning

On October 2nd, 2010 we will be celebrating the ELC's 40th Anniversary.  This celbration will include a activitities during the day, a wild edible potluck dinner, slideshow presentations and much more.  One of our goals is to reunite alumni from throughout the years.  We need your help spreading the word about this event to siblings, families, former ELCers and the community as a whole.  The day will be divided into three parts and you can click on each for more information.
